SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, with standard delivery typically taking between 3-7 business days. We primarily use Fedex for international shipping and PostNL for the Netherlands. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Paintings come framed (unless otherwise mentioned) and are shipped in a made to measure wooden box for secure and safe transport.
  • Art Prints and original drawings are rolled and send in a tube and still need framing.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over € 200. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

For international orders, hipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that customs fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info[at]jakebaddeley.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product. All items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at info[at]jakebaddeley.com to begin the return process.
  • Step 2: Once we confirm the return, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Step 3: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Step 4: Refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged. In this case, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

Please note that commissioned paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to the painting.
